A roof is a big decision, and you deserve to know exactly what you’re getting before you sign anything. Here’s how we stand behind every job.
Every roof we install is backed twice. First by the manufacturer: we install GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed and other leading brands to their specs, so your materials keep the warranty they were built to carry. Then by us: a workmanship warranty written into your contract. If something we installed isn’t right, you call the same number and we come back and make it right.
Storms don’t wait for payday, and a leaking roof shouldn’t have to either. We offer financing through Hearth and Synchrony, plus in-house payment plans on qualifying jobs. We’ll lay every option side by side with the real numbers, so you can choose what works for your family, on your time.
No pressure, no surprises. Just straight answers from the people who’ll be on your roof.
Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Rates and terms vary. In-house payment plans are offered on qualifying jobs at Cloud IX’s discretion. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product.
Why Cloud IX
A roof is a big decision, usually made right after a stressful storm. Here's what you can count on.
Bernard Lazo IV, owner. Tomball native, residential general contractor and commercial roofing project manager. Every Cloud IX job runs through me.
See your roof from above
Most homeowners never see their own roof. We fly it, photograph every slope, and walk you through the damage on your phone or ours.
Storm damage
Hail and wind claims don't have to be confusing. Here's the whole process, start to finish.
We walk the roof and fly it with a drone, then show you what we found, photo by photo.
You get a photo report of the damage to share with your insurance company.
You file the claim. We can be on site when the adjuster inspects so the damage we documented is easy to find.
Once your claim is approved, we go over the scope, materials and colors with you and set a build date.
We install the roof, clean up the property and walk it with you before the final paperwork.
About your deductible: Texas law requires homeowners to pay their insurance deductible. Cloud IX will never offer to waive, cover or rebate it. A contractor who offers to is asking you to break the law.
A step-by-step Texas guide: what to document, deadlines, and what happens after the adjuster visits.

We fly a drone over the roof and photograph every slope from above. You get clear pictures of damage you can't see from the ground, and fewer people walk on your shingles.
Yes. We handle low-slope and steep-slope commercial roofs, from small retail buildings to multi-family properties, including repairs, replacements and storm work.
