How it works
What to expect, step by step
Call or text
Send us your address and a photo if you can. Active leaks go to the front of the line.
Inspect & trace
We find where the water is actually getting in, which isn't always right above the stain.
Straight answer
We tell you whether a repair will hold or whether it's time to replace, and why.
Fix it right
The repair is done with matching materials as closely as possible, then photographed.
Common repairs
Where most leaks start
Pipe boots
Rubber collars around plumbing vents crack in the Texas sun and are one of the most common leak sources.
Flashing
Where the roof meets a wall, chimney or skylight, loose or rusted flashing lets water run behind it.
Shingles
Wind lifts tabs and breaks their seal. Left alone, they crease, tear and blow off in the next storm.
Vents & ridge
Cracked vents and loose ridge caps let wind-driven rain straight into the attic.
Good to know
Call us if you notice
- A water stain on a ceiling or wall
- Shingles in the yard after a storm
- Drips in the attic after heavy rain
- Daylight through the attic decking
- Musty smells or sagging spots
- Granules washing out of the downspouts
Questions
Common questions
Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the damage is limited and the rest of the roof is in good shape, a repair usually makes sense. If the roof is near the end of its life or damaged across several slopes, a replacement is often the better investment. We'll show you the photos and explain.
Can you match my shingles?
We get as close as possible. Older or discontinued shingles can be hard to match exactly, and we'll tell you up front.
How fast can you come out?
Active leaks get priority. If we can't make a permanent repair right away, we tarp the area to keep water out.
Will insurance cover a repair?
If a storm caused the damage, it may be covered, but small repairs often cost less than the deductible. We'll help you decide whether filing makes sense.
