What we fix

Small problems, fixed before they grow

Most leaks start at a few predictable spots. We trace the source, fix it properly and show you the proof.

  • Leak tracing from the attic to the roof
  • Missing, lifted and creased shingles replaced
  • Pipe boots and roof jacks replaced
  • Flashing repaired at walls, chimneys and skylights
  • Box vents, turbines and ridge caps repaired or replaced
  • Soft decking repaired under the damaged area
  • Before and after photos of every repair

Common repairs

Where most leaks start

Pipe boots

Rubber collars around plumbing vents crack in the Texas sun and are one of the most common leak sources.

Flashing

Where the roof meets a wall, chimney or skylight, loose or rusted flashing lets water run behind it.

Shingles

Wind lifts tabs and breaks their seal. Left alone, they crease, tear and blow off in the next storm.

Vents & ridge

Cracked vents and loose ridge caps let wind-driven rain straight into the attic.

Questions

Common questions

Should I repair or replace my roof?

If the damage is limited and the rest of the roof is in good shape, a repair usually makes sense. If the roof is near the end of its life or damaged across several slopes, a replacement is often the better investment. We'll show you the photos and explain.

Can you match my shingles?

We get as close as possible. Older or discontinued shingles can be hard to match exactly, and we'll tell you up front.

How fast can you come out?

Active leaks get priority. If we can't make a permanent repair right away, we tarp the area to keep water out.

Will insurance cover a repair?

If a storm caused the damage, it may be covered, but small repairs often cost less than the deductible. We'll help you decide whether filing makes sense.
