Storm damage? We'll help you through it

Hail, wind, falling limbs and tornadoes hit north Houston every year. We find the damage, document it the way adjusters look for it, keep your home dry, and rebuild once your claim is approved, while you stay in charge of your own claim.

  • Free storm inspections
  • Emergency tarps
  • Adjuster meetings

How we help

From the storm to a new roof

You file the claim and make the decisions. We bring the documentation, the protection and the build.

  • Free storm damage inspection with a photo report
  • Emergency tarping to stop leaks while the claim is open
  • Documentation of roof, gutter, siding and interior damage
  • On site with your adjuster to show the damage we documented
  • Supplement requests with photos and measurements for missed items
  • Full rebuild once your claim is approved
  • Final invoice and photos so your insurer can release recoverable depreciation

Questions

Common questions

Do I have to pay my deductible?

Yes. Texas law requires homeowners to pay their insurance deductible, and it's illegal for a contractor to waive, cover or rebate it. Your insurer may ask for proof that you paid.

Can you file the claim for me?

No. You file the claim with your insurance company. Texas law doesn't allow contractors to negotiate a claim for you, but we can document the damage, meet the adjuster and provide supporting photos.

How long do I have to file?

Check your policy. Many policies require you to report storm damage within a year of the storm, so it's best to file as soon as you can.

What if my claim is denied or comes in low?

Ask your insurer for a written explanation and a re-inspection, and share our documentation. You can also call the Texas Department of Insurance at 800-252-3439.

What is recoverable depreciation?

With replacement cost coverage, the first check is usually the roof's depreciated value minus your deductible. The held-back amount is paid after the work is done and the final invoice is submitted.
